Payment and tickets — FAQ

How much does it cost?
1 ticket = 1 week of the bot running on one castle = $1 — the same for the standard bot and the Sapphire farmer. You pay in hryvnias (UAH) at the bank's rate. The price doesn't depend on quantity; sometimes we run promotions with discounts on ticket bundles — we announce them on the site.
Is there a free week?
Yes. After your first sign-in, a trial ticket is added to your balance — one per Google account. Each game castle can get a trial week only once.
How do I buy?
On the Tickets page, choose how many (up to 100 at a time) and press “Pay”. The bank's payment page opens with the amount and order code already filled in — don't change or erase the code: that's how we find your payment. Tickets land on your balance automatically, usually within a minute. If your card doesn't go through, write to us.
How does the timer work?
Each ticket given to a castle (“Extend” in My castles) adds 7 days. The time runs only while the bot is switched on: switch it off — the time stops. If the bot pauses on its own (say, you logged into the game) or can't work — the time keeps running. When the time runs out, the bot stops; extend the castle and the bot starts again. So you don't have to watch the date, turn on “Auto-renew” for the castle.
Paid, but no tickets?
Wait a few minutes. Still nothing? Press “I've paid, but no tickets” on the Tickets page and enter the amount and time of your payment. We'll check, and the reply will appear under the bell at the top of the page. We never ask for your card details.
Paid more or less than needed?
More, or twice? We'll credit the extra as tickets, and anything less than the price of a ticket stays as a remainder. Less than the order total? The Tickets page will show “Left to pay”: pay the difference with the same button, and the whole order will be credited. You'll see the remainder on the Tickets page, and it's added to your next payment; as soon as it reaches the price of a ticket, the ticket arrives on its own.
Do tickets expire?
Not while they're on your balance. Tickets given to a castle are already used: if you delete the castle, its remaining time is lost.
Can I get a refund?
No — neither after purchase nor if the service stops working. The remainder isn't refunded either — it goes toward tickets. If the bot didn't work through our fault, we'll extend your castle's time.
