1. The service
Stormfall Bot (stormbalur.xyz) is an unofficial helper service for the game Stormfall: Rise of Balur: the bot plays your castle on your behalf, following your settings. The service is not affiliated with Plarium. It is still evolving, so bugs and interruptions can happen; we don't promise any results in the game. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your own accounts only
Connect only game accounts that belong to you; each game account can be connected by one person only. Keep your Google account safe: whoever gets into it controls your castles.
3. The risk is yours
Any bot breaks the game's rules, and Plarium may ban a game account. You use the bot at your own risk; we're not responsible for account bans or losses in the game.
4. What's not allowed
Connecting other people's accounts, interfering with the site, getting around its rules and limits, or creating extra accounts to get more trial weeks.
5. Tickets and payment
- 1 ticket = 1 week of the bot running on one castle. The price is $1 per ticket, the same for the standard bot and the Sapphire farmer; you pay in hryvnias (UAH) at the bank's rate. The price doesn't depend on quantity; sometimes we run promotions with discounts on ticket bundles — we announce them on the site.
- Trial ticket: one per Google account; each game castle can get a trial week only once.
- Tickets on your balance never expire. Tickets given to a castle count as used: delete the castle and its remaining time is lost.
- A castle's time runs only while the bot is switched on. Switch the bot off yourself — the time stops; if the bot pauses on its own or can't work — the time keeps running.
- When the time runs out, the bot stops; extend the castle and the bot starts again. Only you can turn on auto-renew, and it uses tickets from your balance.
- Paid more than needed or twice? We'll credit the extra as tickets, and anything less than the price of a ticket stays as a remainder: you'll see it on the Tickets page, and it's added to your next payment. Paid less than the order total? Pay the difference on the Tickets page, and the whole order will be credited. If the bot didn't work through our fault, we'll extend the time.
6. No refunds
Neither after purchase, nor when you delete your account, nor if the service stops working. The remainder isn't refunded either — it only goes toward tickets. Buy only as many tickets as you plan to use.
7. Blocking for violations
If you break these terms, we may close your access to the site and stop your bots; tickets, the remainder and remaining time are not returned in that case.
8. Changes
We may change the service and these terms, and we'll announce important changes on the site in advance. If the price changes, tickets you've already bought keep their value.
